Responsibilities:

• Source high-quality candidates for job roles within the technical sector


• Manage the candidate experience from start to finish, ensuring a positive and seamless process


• Utilise and update CRM system in line with company processes


• Monitor daily KPIs to track progress and performance


• Maintain an excellent telephone manner in all interactions with candidates and clients
