360 Recruitment Consultant – HR

£30,000 to £70,000 +OTE

My client’s recruitment agency is situated in brand new, state-of-the-art offices nestled in the picturesque countryside. As a 360 Recruitment Consultant specialising in HR, you will play a pivotal role in connecting talented professionals with exciting career opportunities.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Utilise your expertise in HR to understand client requirements and source top tier candidates through various channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional service throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit between candidates and roles.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and placement.

 
Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a focus on HR.
• Deep understanding of HR practices and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target driven environment.
• Due to our rural location, a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
