Business Development Recruitment Consultant - Tech
Location: City of London
£30,000 to £90,000 +OTE

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an IT Business Development Recruitment Consultant based in the heart of London.
My client has been recognized in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 and is experiencing rapid growth. They are a dynamic and innovative recruitment firm specializing in placements within the tech industry. With big plans on the horizon, they are expanding their team and seeking talented individuals to join their journey.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the IT sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Conduct phone-based sales pitches and negotiations.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets to drive business growth.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in IT recruitment is essential.
• Proven track record of success in a sales-driven role.
• Strong phone-based communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential.
• Minimum of one year of IT recruitment experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with contract recruitment and managing a portfolio of at least 10 contract runners.
