360 Recruitment Consultant - Renewable Energy Sector
Westerham – Kent
£30,000 to £70,000 First Year OTE

You would need at least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the Renewable Energy sector or experience in engineering, white collar construction, or aerospace will also be considered.
Job Description:I am seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join my client’s team with a focus on the Renewable Energy sector, there is a warm desk waiting for you.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Renewable Energy sector, as well as other relevant industries such as engineering, construction, and aerospace.
• Utilise various sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent, including networking, job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and suitability for available positions.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
• Negotiate offers and terms of employment on behalf of both candidates and clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within the Renewable Energy sector.
• Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle, as the role is based in a rural location.
