Recruitment Resourcer
Near Westerham – Kent
£21,000 to £30,000 – with the chance to fly through the ranks.

Are you ready to kickstart your career in recruitment while enjoying the tranquillity of the countryside? I am looking for a Recruitment Resourcer with a passion for people and a drive for success to join my client’s vibrant team near Westerham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a few months of recruitment experience who is eager to climb the ranks and become a Senior member of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Source and engage with candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess suitability for available roles.
• Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to coordinate interviews and assessments.
• Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of recruitment processes.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a few months' experience in recruitment is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive and positive attitude towards learning and development.
• Must have access to own transportation as driving is required for this position.
