We're expanding and looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant specialising in Health and Social Care. Whether you're transitioning from a care background or an experienced recruiter, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Available for weekend calls (extra compensation)
- Develop targeted candidate lists
- Engage with high-profile candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain professionalism with excellent communication skills
- Collaborate closely with teams
- Conduct thorough market research
- Manage a warm desk efficiently
- Cultivate a strong online presence
