Recruitment Divisional Manager (Billing)

£60,000 - £90,000 OTE Year 1, OTE £110,000 Year 2 
  
Our client is on the lookout for a talented Billing Manager to join their team and take charge of consolidating the brand and driving growth in Engineering perms, contractors, and Industrial temporary business. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who possesses strong leadership skills and a proven track record in recruitment to take on a key role within a thriving organisation. 
 
Responsibilities  
 

• Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and challenges in both new and existing markets 


• Determine cost of sales analysis to make proposals to improve profitability of the business 


• Build and maintain positive business and customer relationships 


• To uphold and demonstrate high competency in compliance and company best practice 


• Meet and exceed financial goals and budgets 


• To commence high profile sales conversions, tender bidding, proposals and presentations 


• To ensure personnel engagement is high and career development is of importance 


• To be able to report management data reports and KPIs upon request 

 
Requirements 
 

• Team Leader/ Managerial experience in the recruitment sector 


• Strong sales and customer service experience from within the recruitment sector specialism 


• High project and time-management skills 


• Strongly motivated and target driven 


• Robust written and verbal communication skills 


• High organisational skills 


• Ability to harness financial data, budgets, forecasts and KPI’s to make informed decisions 


• Powerful verbal, written, and organisational skills 


• Ability to work under pressure 


• Own transport and willing to commute and visit clients face to face
