Recruitment Consultant - SAP Specialist

Basic Salary £30,000 to £70,000 + Comms
 
We are actively seeking a talented Recruitment Consultant with a specialization in SAP to join our client’s team in Tunbridge Wells. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in building and growing a specialist sector within our organisation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SAP recruitment (Permanent or Contract) and demonstrate a commitment to long-term professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

• Specialisation in SAP: Utilise your in-depth knowledge of the SAP landscape to identify, attract, and secure top-tier talent for our growing SAP practice.
• Building a Specialist Sector: Work closely with leadership to develop and expand our SAP practice, contributing to the establishment of a niche sector within our organisation.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique SAP requirements and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
• Candidate Engagement: Source, engage, and assess SAP professionals, ensuring a seamless recruitment process and positive candidate experience.
• Proven Sticking Power: Showcase your career stability and commitment to long-term success in your previous roles.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in SAP recruitment (Permanent or Contract).
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining specialist sectors.
• Exceptional client and candidate relationship management skills.
• A track record of stability and success in previous roles.
