Recruitment Consultant – Education
£25,000 to £50,000 First Year OTE

Our client is a leading Recruitment Agency specialising in the Education sector, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Kent. With a strong commitment to excellence, they pride themselves on providing top-notch recruitment solutions to their clients in the Education industry.
Key Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with educational institutions, schools, and other organisations within the sector.
• Identifying and understanding the unique staffing needs of clients in the Education industry.
• Utilising a 360 Recruitment approach to source, interview, and match qualified candidates with client requirements.
• Managing the entire recruitment life cycle, including advertising, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
• Providing expert advice to clients and candidates on market trends, salary expectations, and recruitment strategies.
• Proactively developing and expanding your network within the Education sector.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant in the Education sector, with a 360-degree recruitment approach.
• In-depth knowledge of the Education industry, including current trends and challenges.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
• Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
