Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage with qualified candidates within the aviation sector.
• Client Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
• Target Achievement: Work towards and exceed set targets, contributing to the overall success of the team.
• Problem Solving: Navigate challenges in the aviation recruitment landscape with creativity and resilience.

 
 
Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous recruitment experience, particularly in the Commercial sector, is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Results-driven with a proactive and go-getter attitude.
