Position: Recruitment Consultant

Sector: Driving & Industrial

Location: Heathrow

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 Basic + OTE + Amazing Commission 

 

Due to new contracts and continued growth my Client is currently looking to recruit an additional team member for their busy Temp Driving Division at Heathrow.

The opportunity:

• Opportunity to shape your own desk with full autonomy
• Creating and building long term client relationships, through both telephone contact and face-to-face meetings
• B2B sales activity: Proactively developing new and existing business - warm leads and lots of scope
• Obtain and gain a full understanding of client hiring requirements and recruitment processes
• Recruitment: sourcing and interviewing candidates
• Developing and maximising a network of client and candidate professionals
• Service management: compliance, administration, payroll, maintaining records and systems
• Marketing, advertising, promotional activities and working to targets
• Working closely with the team to ensure a positive and customer focused company culture.

About you:

• You will have a proven track record working with a Temp Driving Recruitment Agency
• The successful candidate must be motivated
• An excellent face to face and telephone manner and a willingness to work both individually and as part of a strong team is key.
• Ability to maintain a high service of care to Candidaets and Clients alike
• Sales driven
• Career minded
• Organised
• PC literate
