JOB TITLE - Internal Recruiter

SALARY - £28K - £38k Basic DOE + Bonuses

The Opportunity

Are you a passionate recruiter who is ready for a move into internal talent acquisition? My client are offering a rare opportunity to join a dedicated internal TA team within on of the most established agency in the South West.

With significant expansion and client wins across the UK, RSG are growing FAST! The internal team are seeking a TA Consultant to assist them in recruiting the best in market talent to support all of their divisions.

This role is varied; you'll source, hire and on-board senior recruitment consultants to operations managers to back office support.

You'll also enjoy contributing to TA projects including employer branding, recruitment social media campaigns and process improvement.

Key responsibilities include:-

• Taking comprehensive job briefs
• Advertising job openings on the internal careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
• Sourcing candidates through online channels (including direct approaches)
• Running academy assessments
• Acting as an RSG ambassador internally and externally

Who You Are

You're currently working as a permanent consultant or resourcer within an agency or or internal function and you already have a reputation for service excellence.

You enjoy a full cycle role where you add value at every stage of the candidate journey and you want to extend this to on-boarding and beyond.
