As MD of Wisdom Recruitment I am excited to talk about the next chapter of our book .

I am very proud when I share that Wisdom are enjoying their 11th successful year of trading. I will also be honest enough to share that like anything good in life, it has come with blood, sweat and plenty of tears, haha!!

I have always been the hungry, passionate, 'what'snext' recruiter and for those that work/ have worked alongside me they will know this to be true. I am fortunate enough to have a brilliant fellow Director alongside me with the same passion and drive.

In our 11 years we have built a very strong business, with a great reputation to match. Employing good people that care has made this possible. At Wisdom service matters, and in my experience everything else will then follow.

Myself and fellow Director Peter Evans not only have a wealth of recruitment experience, we both spent the first half of our careers specialising within Commercial recruitment.

Peter joined Wisdom in 2013 after winning Top Consultant of the year for 5 successive years. He was keen to spread his wings and achieve greater heights. He specialised within Sussex and Surrey markets as an award winning Senior Perms Consultant.

As for myself I spent over 10 year in commercial recruitment working my way from temps assistant to Associate Director , also like Peter , I covered the Sussex and Surrey markets. I was fortunate enough to manage 9 commercial branches , and in excess of 40 plus commercial recruiters.

So you will not only have the full support of a successful and respected company, but Directors equipped to give you knowledgeable advice every day.
