Highly successful Education Recruitment Company in Brighton with offices in Sussex, Surrey & Hampshire are currently looking to increase their team in Sussex. This Recruitment Manager/Branch Manager role is for Sussex and they are looking for a Manager who is used to managing a large database of active candidates and clients as well a s a team. This is a HOT desk and as the Recruitment Manager you will be making money on this desk from day one!

The job?

Education recruitment experience would be a huge advantage and especially if you have solid local area knowledge as even though the desk is HOT, local area knowledge is always great when placing candidates. There will also be team management responsibilities from managing budgets to recruiting and increasing the current team.

What can you bring?

• You really need to bring with you the following including:
  • Experience in Recruitment ,
  • You will ideally have a senior Rec Con, branch manager or recruitment manager background and looking to continue to lead
