A well-established Public Sector recruitment agency in London is looking for a Property Recruitment Consultant ready to step up and lead, setting up a brand new property and surveying vertical from scratch, with a clear pathway to Director.

This isn't a "walk into a warm desk" role. It's a build. You'll have:

✅ An established public sector client base already working with councils

✅ Existing relationships you can leverage to open doors

✅ A business that's genuinely invested in growing this area

✅ Full backing to shape the desk your way, no legacy baggage, no inherited way of doing things

What you won't have on day one: a book of warm property leads. This is a role for someone who knows how to knock on doors, build relationships from a standing start, and isn't afraid of the graft that comes with setting up something new.
