Job Title: 360 Recruiter
Location: Basildon (office-based, 5 days/week)
Salary & Benefits:
- Up to £35k basic for exceptional candidates
- 15% flat commission with no thresholds

- High earning potential (top performers earning £60k–£70k+ in first year)
Role Overview:
We are looking for motivated 360 Recruiters to join a fast-growing recruitment agency. This is a hands-on, results-driven role with the autonomy to manage your own desk, engage with clients across multiple sectors, and deliver placements across UK, Europe, and the US.
