Recruitment Resourcer (Construction & Engineering)

Location: Bromley, South London

Salary: £25-28,000 + attractive commission + excellent career progression

Hours: 08:15 – 17:00, Monday–Friday (Office Based)

We are  recruiting for a fast-growing recruitment business specialising in construction and engineering across the UK. Over the last year, we’ve achieved 100%+ revenue growth and work with some of the largest gas and engineering companies in the UK, supplying hundreds of contractors each year.

Our Bromley office currently has a strong team of consultants and account managers, and we’re now looking to add three Recruitment Resourcers to support our continued growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone ambitious who wants to build a career in recruitment, earn strong commission, and progress quickly within a high-performance environment.

The Role

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll focus on candidate delivery – sourcing and placing skilled engineers and construction professionals for live roles with our clients.

You’ll work closely with experienced consultants and account managers to help fill a high volume of roles across the UK.

Key responsibilities include:

• Sourcing candidates using job boards, databases, and networking
• Advertising roles and managing candidate applications
• Screening candidates and conducting initial interviews
• Matching suitable candidates to live vacancies
• Managing candidate availability and bookings
• Maintaining accurate records on the CRM system
• Building relationships with contractors and repeat candidates

You’ll primarily use tools such as CV-Library, Totaljobs, Indeed and the internal database of 100,000+ candidates.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for people with drive, energy, and a strong work ethic.

You don’t necessarily need recruitment experience, but you must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, phone-based environment.

Ideal candidates may come from backgrounds such as:

• Recruitment resourcing
• Sales or telesales
• Estate agency
• Insurance or brokerage
• Customer-facing or high-volume roles

You should be:

• Motivated by earning commission and hitting targets
• Confident speaking with people on the phone
• Organised and able to manage multiple roles at once
• Competitive and driven to succeed
• Keen to learn and develop within recruitment
