360 Recruiter – remote working

Up to £45K basic (depending on experience) + Uncapped Commission + Benefits

Looking for an ambitious 360 Recruiter to join a growing team. In this role you will own the full recruitment lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

Business Development & Client Management

• Build your own desk by identifying, engaging, and winning new clients.
• Develop a deep understanding of client needs, culture, and hiring challenges.
• Manage client relationships through consultative advice and regular communication.
• Negotiate offers, commercial terms, and secure mandates with confidence.

Candidate Engagement

• Source and attract high‑quality candidates through headhunting, LinkedIn, networking, and proactive outreach.
• Conduct in‑depth candidate screening, assessments, and career conversations.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and offer support through every stage of the placement process.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with placed candidates to ensure long‑term satisfaction.

Essential

• Prior experience in 360 recruitment or relevant sales/consultative background.
• Strong communicator with a professional, confident manner.
• Motivated by performance, achievement of targets, and building relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage a pipeline independently.

• Knowledge of Business Change / IT / Risk & Compliance sectors (or a desire to specialise within them).
• Proactive self‑starter who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Resilient under pressure and solution‑focused.
