Recruitment Consultant
Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 OTE £50K+ Commissions 10-40% depending on billings, no threshold.
Location: Canterbury, Kent office, hybrid working x 3 days a week, remote x 2 days a week
Our client is an established recruiter, 5 mins walk from Canterbury West train station, parking available onsite. Looking to grow their team by an additional 2 recruiters. Ideally looking for recruiters from property, building services, construction, technical or commercial background, but open to sector for the right culturally fit.

general responsibilities:
- work towards independently managing the recruitment cycle
- meet billing targets set quarterly & every rolling 6 months
- work towards being self-sufficient in winning new jobs / helping win new clients
- maintain a clean database of clients/candidates & jobs adhering to tdm guidelines
- assist the senior team where needed on any appropriate duties relating to assignments or client jobs.
about you:
- have a minimum of 12 months of recruitment OR sales experience in any industry (desirable)
- have experience working directly with clients
- have a track record of meeting billing targets
- are self-motived and enjoy hitting targets

our benefits include:
- A basic salary between £25,000 – £35,000 dependent on experience
- Uncapped commission
