Job Title: Sales Director/Head of Temps - Senior Leadership Role
Job Duties: Managing and building the entire temporary team, currently consisting of a BOH events desk, a BOH pubs, restaurants and hotels desk, a FOH temps desk (non-contract catering) and a BOH & FOH contract-catering desk. You will need to also run your own desk. You will also contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the business through board meeting contributions.
Commission Scheme:
• Personal Commission:
Monthly Billings | Commission Band
£0 – £4,999 | 0%
£5,000 – £9,999 | 10%
£10,000 – £14,999 | 15%
£15,000 – plus | 20%
So for example, if you bill £17,500, you will get 20% commission of £17,500 = £3,500
• Team Commission:
5% of the combined total of the temporary team.
So if the team bill £100,000 then the commission is £5,000
NB: You will get either a team commission or a personal commission, not both. You will be paid whichever is a higher amount on a month-to-month basis.

Hitting target:
From January 2026, each month you hit your personal target you will get £50 put in a pot to claim at the end of the year, when you can choose a voucher of that final amount.
If you meet your annual target the total is boosted by £500
If you exceed your annual target by 10%, the total is boosted by £750
If you exceed your annual target by 20%, the total is boosted by £1,000

Holidays:
