Senior Recruitment Consultant – Data Centre & Infrastructure (U.S. Markets)

A global specialist recruitment business operating across critical infrastructure and emerging technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant with a background in Data Centre and Infrastructure recruitment, specifically within the U.S. market.

This opportunity is suited to a recruiter who thrives in high-growth, technically complex markets and enjoys working with major global clients delivering mission-critical infrastructure projects.

The Senior Recruitment Consultant will take ownership of a U.S. focused Data Centre & Infrastructure desk, managing the full recruitment lifecycle and acting as a trusted advisor to clients operating in fast-paced, delivery-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage long-term client relationships across the U.S. data centre and supporting infrastructure markets
• Deliver permanent and contract recruitment solutions across technical, engineering and project delivery roles
• Develop strong candidate networks within a competitive and skills-short market
• Provide market insight and consultative guidance to clients on talent availability and hiring trends
• Work collaboratively within a global specialist team to deliver complex, multi-location projects

• Proven experience recruiting within Data Centres, Infrastructure, Energy or Engineering markets
• Strong exposure to the U.S. recruitment market, either from a U.S. desk or in-country experience
• Comfortable operating in a sales-driven, performance-focused recruitment environment
• Consultative, relationship-led approach with strong commercial awareness
• Motivated by working on globally significant infrastructure and technology projects
