Colchester, Essex (Hybrid working) – Parking onsite

A well-established recruitment business in Colchester is seeking an experienced 360 Construction Recruiter to join their small, friendly, and established team. This is a dual-desk role (permanent & freelance), with 3 days in the office and 2 from home.

What’s on offer:

• Up to £35k basic DOE + 10–30% commission
• Hybrid working (3 office / 2 WFH)

• Proven 360 recruitment experience in white-collar construction (essential)
• Candidates with blue-collar or engineering recruitment experience also considered
• Will consider recruiters that have run a busy temps or perm desk or experience running dual desks.
• Commercial, driven, and self-motivated
