Dartford, Kent – office based preferred, hybrid working considered doe.
Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 DOE plus commission

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and develop high-performing recruitment team based in Dartford. This is a pivotal role within the business, suited to an individual who has operated in a similar capacity within an agency recruitment environment, specifically across the Facilities Management, Construction, or Engineering sectors.
You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring consistent delivery to our established client base, and supporting the continuous growth of our recruitment teams nationwide. This is a hands-on management role requiring strong leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to optimise recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor multiple teams of recruiters to achieve performance and growth targets.
- Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring efficient workflows and consistent service delivery.
- Implement best-practice recruitment processes and continuously improve operational effectiveness.
- Partner with senior leadership on strategy, planning, and business development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance, quality standards, and operational policies are consistently upheld.
- Support consultants and managers with resource planning, client delivery, and performance management.
- Drive innovation by utilising market-leading technology platforms and tools.
- Foster a collaborative, supportive, and high-performing office culture aligned with company values.
- Extensive experience managing and developing teams of recruiters.
- Background within FM, Construction, or Engineering recruitment is essential.
- Strong operational, organisational, and leadership capabilities.
- Commercially astute, with the ability to drive performance and support business growth.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience implementing or improving recruitment processes and systems.
- Ability to work at pace and manage multiple priorities across the business.
