What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in Technology or IT Recruitment (360 or Delivery – Contract or Perm)
- Strong candidate sourcing skills across LinkedIn, CRM, job boards, and beyond
- Confidence qualifying candidates against complex briefs
- Excellent written communication and job advert copywriting skills
- A proactive, quality-driven approach to delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- A track record of placing great people into great roles
Competitive basic salary: £32k - £40k
Realistic OTE: £120k+ with an uncapped commission scheme
