Senior Recruitment Consultant – Facilities Management & Property Services
Basic salary £35k-£45k plus commission
We are representing an extremely well respected recruitment agency with a long-standing track record spanning across 25 years who are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with expertise in Facilities Management and Property Services.
The successful Senior Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for developing this specialism within an established property team, working with an existing client base while also building new relationships, taking real ownership of the market and becoming the go-to recruiter for FM talent. We are looking for someone who has been working within this market for the last couple of years who would like to be part of a very exciting position of growth with the possibility of growing their own team within Facilities Management.
We are looking for:
- Proven recruitment experience, ideally within Facilities Management, Property Services, or a related field
- Strong business development skills and the ability to build lasting client partnerships
- Experience delivering across permanent, interim and/or executive search projects
- Commercially driven, resilient, and motivated by results
- A collaborative team player who thrives in an ambitious environment
- Flexible working with three days in the office (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)
- Opportunity to own and shape a high-potential market within a wider property team
