Billing Manager – Pharma & Life Sciences

Horsham, West Sussex – On-site parking & 10-min walk to station, dog friendly office

Hybrid Working: 4 days in the office, Fridays WFH | £40k–£60k DOE + up to 35% commission | Europe & US Markets

Are you an accomplished recruiter who thrives on both personal billings and leading others to success? We’re seeking a Billing Manager to take ownership of a thriving Life Sciences desk, mentor a team, and help shape the future of our business.

• Competitive base salary £40k–£60k DOE

• Mon–Thu: Office-based, 8:30–5:00
• Fri: Remote working with a 4:00pm finish

• Strong Biller – consistent personal billings of £200k+ annually

• Team-Oriented – adds to a positive, high-energy culture
