This is a unique opportunity to partner with some of the world’s leading airlines, MROs, OEMs, and aviation service providers.

You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle, from building relationships with clients to matching exceptional talent to high-impact roles across the global aviation sector.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing strong, long-term partnerships with aviation and aerospace clients.
• Proactively sourcing, screening, and placing skilled professionals across technical, operational, and executive functions.
• Managing the recruitment lifecycle—contract and permanent placements.
• Growing and maintaining a pipeline of industry-leading candidates.
• Delivering a consultative service to both candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Driving business development activities to expand market reach.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous recruitment experience (aviation, engineering, or technical recruitment desirable, but not essential).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, results-driven approach with the confidence to engage at all levels.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
