360 Recruitment Consultant – Industrial (Manufacturing / Distribution / Supply Chain) – Permanent and Temporary desk available

Location: Bury St Edmunds

Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE + Commission

Working pattern: Flexible Hybrid (2-4 days in the office)

As a 360 Industrial Recruitment Consultant, you’ll focus on the commercial side of the Manufacturing, Distribution and Supply Chain sector. This role offers variety, including:

• New business development – bringing in fresh opportunities and building client relationships
• Managing existing accounts – nurturing long-term partnerships (many of our clients return time and again)
• Delivering quality recruitment solutions – providing a bespoke, candidate-first service
