We are working exclusively with a highly regarded, boutique recruitment consultancy in Hove, who are seeking an experienced 360 Finance Recruitment Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist firm that focuses exclusively on finance recruitment, with particular expertise across accountancy, tax & treasury and legal sectors.

The Opportunity
As part of a specialist finance recruitment team, you will take full ownership of a 360 recruitment desk focused on accountancy, tax, and treasury roles across a broad client base. You’ll be responsible for identifying and winning new business, developing long-term client relationships, and delivering a high-quality, consultative recruitment service from start to finish.
This role offers real autonomy and is best suited to someone who thrives on building their market, driving performance, and operating with professionalism and independence.
