- Source, screen, and place top-tier candidates across logistics, operations, and SC disciplines.
- Deliver bespoke recruitment strategies aligned with client needs and market trends.
- Meet targets via high-quality placements and proactive talent pipelining.
- Represent the brand at events, and provide salary benchmarking and career advice.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment best practices and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Proven commercial recruitment or sales background—supply chain experience a big plus.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated and highly organised, with strong time management.
- Business development aptitude—confident and proactive in new client outreach.
- Tech-savvy—comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
