- Job Title: Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) 360 Recruiter
Location: Basildon, Essex
Salary: Up to £35k doe plus uncapped commission
Seeking an experienced and driven Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) 360 Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Basildon. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruitment professional to take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, working with both clients and candidates within the M&E sector. If you thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and have a passion for delivering results, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from business development to candidate placement.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the M&E sector, dealing with Electricians, Labourers, Mechanical Engineers roles and candidates.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their recruitment needs.
- Source, screen, and interview M&E professionals to match them with suitable roles.
- Negotiate contracts, fees, and terms of business with clients.
- Maintain and develop a strong pipeline of candidates through networking, job boards, and referrals.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and market intelligence.
- Proven experience as a 360 recruiter, ideally within the M&E or construction sector.
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Target-driven and motivated to achieve and exceed KPIs.
- Knowledge of the M&E industry, including key roles and skills in demand.
- A proactive and resilient mindset with a passion for recruitment.
