Location: Hybrid – London Office
Salary: £50-65k basic + Commission (up to 30%) + clear Progression to Manager

Are you an experienced 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant consistently billing £15-20k per month? Do you thrive in a high-performance environment without micro-management? What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, any sector, billing consistently between £15-20k per month.
- A brilliant work ethic, self-motivation, and a drive to succeed.
- Passion for delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.
- Ambition to step into a management role and develop a team.
