Responsibilities:

·Team Building: Recruit, train and manage a team of high-performing recruitment consultants. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.

·Business Development: Develop and implement strategic plans to expand their client base. Building and maintaining relationships with clients in the industrial sector to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

·Performance Management: Set and monitor team and individual targets, ensuring KPIs and business objectives are consistently achieved.

·Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

·Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

·Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.

·Training and Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.

·Industry Knowledge: While industry experience is preferred, it's not essential. If you're eager to learn and have a knack for picking up new skills quickly, we want to hear from you!

OTE £80k

Your commitment and passion for success will be rewarded with an extremely competitive salary, a generous uncapped commission, 33 days holiday, pension and private health care cover.

8am to 5pm Monday to Friday so you must be available to work these hours.
