They are currently seeking 2 talented and driven 360 Perm Consultant to join their team. Responsibilities:

·Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent placements across various sectors, from sourcing to candidate placement.

·Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.

·Utilise a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, networking, and referrals, to attract high quality candidates.

·Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability and ensure a successful match.

·Collaborate closely with colleagues to achieve team targets and contribute to the overall growth of the agency.

Requirements:

·Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, with a focus on permanent placements.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders effectively.

·Proven track record of achieving targets and delivering results in a fast paced recruitment environment.

·Self motivated and ambitious, with a strong desire to succeed and grow within the company.

·Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a dynamic and ever changing industry.
