We have multiple Clients within the Brighton area who are looking for Specialist Recruitment Consultants.

Do you have Retained or Contingency Recruitment experience within the following Industries:

• IT
• Telecoms
• Engineering
• Executive Search

How will you spend your days?

* Search for suitable candidates for current clients via headhunting methods and online job boards
* Qualify candidates for general registration purposes and against specific vacancies
* Make recommendations to consultants as to the suitability of candidates for specific vacancies
* Manage advertisement responses through initial screening and qualification
* Update candidate information and activity on international in-house recruitment database
* Network with candidates through multiple social media tools.

Who are you?
 

✅ Do you have at least 18 months experience within recruitment (ideally in one of the above sectors)
✅ Possess a proven track record of delivering results on vacancies and projects to Clients
✅ Excellent communication skills - can you communicate with Stakeholders and Board level individuals? You will be speaking to Senior Level Candidates who are specialist in their fields
✅ Engaging and dynamic personality
✅ Self-driven and resourceful. The ability to think outside the box.
