You will be exoanding our extensive client base that runs accross the Soiuth East of England to introduce a high end tier in Senior Appointments from Wisdom.

We run a very open and trusting environment and allow our recruiters to 'sail their own ship' as they wish (well within reason!).

As a business we can offer all the market leading tools and resources for you to ensure your success. You will be guided and coached by 2 extremely experienced and knowledgeable Senior Directors, both who have successfully managed and grown divisions themselves. Between them they have 40 years of experience. with a combined 20 years in the Rec 2 Rec arena.

You will be tasked with setting up and opening a new division, so will need to be experienced in running a successful 360 desk.

Rec 2 Rec is a really fun, challenging and extremely fast paced sector - a bit like running a temps desk but with big perm fees.

This is a golden opportunity for an individual with drive, tenacity and the passion and ability to grow something new.

Wisdom have been trading as a very successful Rec 2 Rec for 12 years, so you will have a very strong and recognised brand name behind you.

We are undoubtedley the market leaders in the South of England.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who likes rolling up their sleeves and building their own empire around them, no 2 days will be the same and we can guarantee you will never be bored.

Bring on new clients through prospecting and developing relationships (a very warm and welcome sell in our sector.)

Generate new business through telephone sales activities to new and existing clients.

Resourcing candidates through our numerous tools.

You will need:
