Position: Recruitment Consultant - WARM DESK

Salary: Basic Salary £30,000 - £80,000 + fantastic benefitsThis well-established Engineering Recruiter in Bristol needs an experienced Recruitment Consultant to really help drive the business forward.
With an already extremely successful Director who considers themselves as "a perfectionist", they now need an experienced recruiter that can help nourish and grow this area of the business.
You Will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with exisiting and new clients alike, as well as being innovative with your candidate search to help build your desk properly
The team have an enviable reputation and lots of experience to call upon in those times where you may not know now how to tackle a particular situation.
On a daily basis the job is everything you would expect it to be and with a clear vision of how this role sits within the business however they also want people to bring their own ideas, share their vision and help them create an award winning team in 2018. More expansion is expected in the next 5 years, so now could be the best time to get involved!
