Position: Managing Consultant / Team Leader

Who is looking and Why?

Multi-site Commercial Recruitment agency in Sussex is currently looking to increase its team with a Recruitment Managing Consultant/Team Leader to head up the busy Legal division. So the MD has decided it's time to put in another layer of management so they can work on expanding the business and taking on new clients.

The job?

So as the Managing Consultant/Team Leader, you will be required to of course manage the team and assist them when needed. This is a billing role and you will be required to also manage your own desk You will be required to put together budgets and forecasts as well as attend managers meetings and roll out any new procedures to the branch. On top of this in 2019 you will be undertaking a recruitment plan as this branch is looking to expand its team with another 2-3 people.

What can you bring?

• You really need to bring with you the following including:
• Ideally a background in Legal or Professional Services, Most sectors will be considered
• You would have already been a Senior Recruiter and have a proven track record of success.
• Desire and passion to bring the team and the branch to an awesome level as they are at great at the moment.
