- Role: Senior Resourcer
Sector: IT, Engineering & Digital Technology
Location: Guildford, Surrey with flexibility to work from home several days a week
My Client specialise across several sectors including IT, Engineering, Cyber, Government & defence, Telecoms and digital technology. They are on a journey to grow and develop our service offering to the market in order to achieve our company goals.

Experience
- 2 years + - Within a Recruitment orientated field - ideallt IT/Technology
Responsibilities:
- Qualifying candidates as to their availability, rate, skills, other opportunities, etc
- Calling clients and qualifying vacancies in terms of skills, start date, whether budget has been approved, whether they are also using other agencies etc
- Attending client meetings, alongside either the Account Manager / Desk Manager
- Demonstrable knowledge of the business sector of your clients.
- Placing advertisements for vacancies
- Ensure that all recruitment activity is loaded/maintained and shared via Damia Groups CRM platform
- Prepare thoroughly for Monthly Sales meetings, through weekly trackers
- Ensure each vacancy assigned has been thoroughly worked
- Maintain regular contact with your placed candidates.
- Ability to lead/mentor more Junior members of staff
- Skills transfer/coaching of other members of staff.
- Understand the legalities of contracting and accounting concerns for contractors/relevant legislation regarding Permanent Recruitment
- Capable of working numerous requirements at varying levels across different clients, simultaneously
- Arranging interviews for candidates, ensuring they have all the information required and are fully briefed
