A reminder from Rishi Sunak why the Eat Out scheme is important to support the Hospitality industry and your local community.

'Restaurants breathe sigh of relief as Eat Out to Help Out brings 'busiest Monday of the year' so far' - data complied for the first week of the Eat Out Scheme.

Rishi:

"It's great that so many people are enjoying our Eat Out to Help Out scheme, it's also important to remember why we introduced it in the first place.

8% of the UK's workforce – over 2.4 million people – rely on hospitality, accommodation and attractions for employment. Of this, food and beverage services (pubs, restaurants, cafes etc) account for 1.8 million jobs.

Meanwhile 1.4 million hospitality workers have been furloughed – the highest proportions of any sector - that's why it's vital we support them as we reopen the economy safely."

After reading a number of articles, I have complied 9 challenges of working from home.

1. Managing Your Own Schedule & Time
2. Blurred Line Between Personal & Professional Life
3. Distractions
4. Reduced Supervision & Direction
5. Communication & Coordination Challenges
6. Social Isolation
7. The "Work in Your PJs" Trap
8. Failing to Run Your Business Like a Business
9. Motivation & Long-Term Vision
