Role: Recruitment Consultant

Location: Horsham, West Sussex

Salary: up to £25,000 basic depending on experience - £60,000 OTE first year

You will be guided and coached by 2 extremely experienced and knowledgeable Senior Directors, both who have successfully managed and grown divisions themselves. Between them they have 40 years of experience. with a combined 20 years in the Rec 2 Rec arena.

• Rec 2 Rec is a really fun, challenging and extremely fast paced sector - a bit like running a temps desk but with big perm fees.
• This is a golden opportunity for an individual with drive, tenacity and the passion and ability to grow something new.

Just a brief snap-shot of part of the role:

• Bring on new clients through prospecting and developing relationships (a very warm and welcome sell in our sector.)
• Generate new business through telephone sales activities to new and existing clients.
• Resourcing candidates through our numerous tools.

You will need:

• Excellent communication skills
• Superb negotiation skills
• Driven attitude and target motivated
