My client is looking for an experienced recruitment professional to help launch the business forwards, within the high end IT sector. They are after a spirited recruiter, who knows the market and sector well, to spearhead the company and add to its already brilliant reputation.

The Ideal candidate will already have significant recruitment experience, preferably at Senior or Team Leader level, and relevant sector knowledge is essential

You will have;

· A track record of working within Recruitment

· Proven track record of billings & stability

· Proven ability to win, build & develop client relationships

· Ability to effectively screen candidates to differentiate between those who are qualified and those who are not.

· Accomplished in sourcing passive candidates who are not on the open market.

· Highly motivated by targets, money & delivering a high level of service.

· Seeking a company where you can make a genuine impact, where career development is taken seriously.

· Ideally suited to working in a non-micro management environment.
