Role: Office Professionals Recruitment Consultant
Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
Salary: £20k - £35k OTE

My Client is a nrecently founded recruitment agency, focussing on the recruitment of office professionals on a permanent and temporary basis. They are also open to new markets as well and plan on growing their numbers substantially in the next few years.

The company director comes with 18 years of recruitment experience and plans on using this to really train and nurture any new team members, whilst giving them the tools required to be a successful recruiter. The company prides itself on its personal approach to business, building rapport with clients and candidates alike, whilst incentivising the team with an array of rewards.

They are looking for a hungry, experienced recruiter to join them on their journey. Maybe you've been working for a large corporate and want something more personal? Or maybe you're a Recruitment Resourcer looking to take that jump to Recruitment Consultant? Then this is probably the role for you!

The ideal candidate will have the following traits:

• Recruitment Experience - Minimum Six months and ideally Temps
• Have a passion for speaking to people on the phone
• Be able to take direction and understand the recruitment cycle
• Be driven for success
• Driving license with own car would be a bonus, but not essential
