Position: Senior Recruitment Consultant
Sector: Accountancy & Finance
Location: Bristol
Salary: £25,000 - £60,000 per annum OTE plus great company benefits!About the Role
A fantastic opportunity for a Accountancy & Finance recruiter to take a position with amazing long-term promotional prospects within this growing business. My client has exclusivity with a number of their clients from independents to Blue Chip clients.
The role will encompass;
- Providing a professional and business aligned service to line managers across the full range of Resourcing issues in line with the annual growth plan.
- Personally delivering Recruitment activities, and developing recruitment campaigns of a varied and/or complex nature.
- Working with the business to continually improve their talent attraction strategy across all areas.
About the person
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience in developing good working relationships
- Experience of providing clear, balanced advice and guidance on a wide range of Resourcing issues
- An ability to take ownership of situations
