Role: Recruitment Consultant - Search & Selection

Location: Wallington

Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 + commission (circa £70K first year)

My client, a fantastic recruitment agency established over ten years ago are a true specialist have grown from 1 to over 10 employees.

Due to continued success and expansion plans through 2017 my client are hiring for a very exciting Consultant position. This Consultant will sit between a resourcer and an account manager and focus on generating candidates. You will meet every single candidate face to face and book in 20+ interviews per week. This is a fast paced role and requires a pro-active, organised recruitment consultant to do the job!

The following backgrounds will be considered:

- Recruitment experience (from 5 months to 5 years and everything in between!)

- Sales (telesales, door to door, field sales, telemarketing, estate agency, gym sales, membership sales, lettings negotiator, sales negotiator, banking, car sales)

- Graduate (coming with a sporting background, an outstanding achievement or some experience in a commercial environment)

- Sports (played a sport to a competitive level)

The rewards:

- £22k - £26k starting salary depending on experience

- Industry leading commission scheme taking OTE £70k+ in 1st year
