Salary: Basic Salary £20,000 - £40,000 + fantastic benefitsThis well-established recruitment agency needs a Delivery Consultant in their Bristol branch to really help drive the business forward and help the other consultants prosper!
With an already extremely successful Director who consider themselves as "a perfectionist", they now need a resourcer that can help nourish and grow this area of the business.
You Will be responsible for being innovative with your candidate search to help build your desk properly.
The team have an enviable reputation and lots of experience to call upon in those times where you may not know now how to tackle a particular situation.
On a daily basis, the job is everything you would expect it to be and with a clear vision of how this role sits within the business. However, they also want people to bring their own ideas, share their vision and help them create an award-winning team into 2018. More expansion is expected in the next 5 years, so now could be the best time to get involved!
