Position: Senior Sales Negotiator - Estate Agency

Salary: £16k Basic £28k OTE

Location: Brighton

My client is looking for a dynamic and professional Senior Sales Negotiaotr to join their prestigious and successful team based in central Brighton.

The role is a busy role that will require you to work within the Sales department.

Responsibilities:

1. Generating new business

2. Increasing local market share

3. Conducting valuations and instructing properties to the sale market

4. Proactively managing negotiations between the vendor and purchaser

5. Working to sales targets

The right person must have a proven estate agency background and a good local knowledge of Brighton and Hove, excellent customer service skills and be able to multi task. This is a very busy role so you have to have the ability to stay calm under pressure.
