Temps Recruitment Consultant

Crawley area

Up to £35,000 basic salary plus exceptional uncapped commission

We are working in partnership with a highly established and successful recruitment agency in the Crawley area that is looking to appoint an experienced Temps Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of an existing, billing desk.

This is a genuine opportunity to step into a desk with live clients, active placements, and immediate revenue. You will inherit strong client relationships, ongoing requirements, and a desk with proven performance and clear potential for further growth.

This is not a cold start. The foundations are already in place, providing the successful individual with the opportunity to focus on developing client relationships, increasing revenue, and maximising their earnings from day one.

Key responsibilities:

Managing and developing an existing temporary recruitment desk

Maintaining and growing relationships with established clients

Placing candidates into temporary assignments and managing the full recruitment process

Identifying opportunities to increase revenue across existing accounts

Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates

Delivering a high level of service to both clients and candidates

The successful individual will:

Have proven experience within temporary recruitment

Be confident managing client relationships and developing business opportunities

Have strong sales ability and commercial awareness

Be motivated by commission and earning potential

Be capable of managing and growing an established desk

This role will particularly suit individuals with experience recruiting into industrial, engineering, or manufacturing sectors, although experienced temps recruiters from other sectors will also be considered.
