Key Responsibilities

• Take charge of the full 360 recruitment process, from initial client engagement to successful candidate placement.
• Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients within the claims and underwriting sectors
• Identify and seize new business opportunities within the insurance markets.
• Source, screen, interview, and support candidates throughout the recruitment and placement process.
• Confidently negotiate terms, offers, and placements with professionalism and integrity.
• Consistently deliver high-quality results, meeting and exceeding billing targets while maintaining exceptional service standards.

• Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, within the insurance sectors.
• A strong track record of consistent billings and delivering results for clients.
• A self-motivated and commercially-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Demonstrated communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to maintain and grow client and candidate networks.
