Legal Recruitment Consultant – London, hybrid

Competitive base £35-£50k + Uncapped Commission

A leading legal recruitment consultancy is looking to expand its private practice, in-house, and paralegal teams. The firm combines the culture and personal touch of a specialist boutique with the backing and resources of a larger, well-established group. With low turnover, long-serving consultants, and plans to enter new international markets, it’s a dynamic time to join the team.

The Legal Recruitment Consultant will:

• Run a self-managed desk, shaping your own commercial strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients across top-tier, national, and international law firms.
• Develop market expertise and become a recognized industry specialist.
• Lead business development initiatives, pitch for new clients, and explore emerging market opportunities.
• Potentially mentor and manage junior team members.

• Previous legal recruitment experience is preferred, but candidates with proven fee-earning success in other professional services sectors will also be considered.
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and commercially minded individuals.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• A proactive, innovative approach to business development and client management.

• Bespoke legal recruitment training to develop your knowledge and skills.
